I used the sizing chart to order bathing suits and two shirts. The tops and one piece suit were too small. This is a first. I wasted hours and hours going to the website and trying to find replacements. Had to scroll through many suits, pick one, then go to that one, only to find it was not available in any regular size (only very large or extremely small). Really tedious. Finally decided to return, but I am not going to PO right now. Turns out the return policy is a lie: "return it at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price." It has been just over three months, so I can only get a merchandise credit (plus shipping fee), not a refund. I cannot do an exchange because they are sold out of everything I want. It is summer. I will have to buy suits elsewhere. Bad show. NO ALLOWANCE FOR COVID. I am 73 and high risk. I will have to go to PO.
My Mom, myself and daughter order every spring and fall for last 10 years. We bought Polo’s, tops, pants, vests, slippers and very happy with quality, sizing and color. In 2020 the quality, color and even the sizing is inferior and gone. This is not the same company obviously. Has someone bought the name and producing low quality clothing?
What a bummer. If I wanted Walmart quality this is now the place.

Lands' End has the most competent, helpful, and polite customer service in the business -- a model for American companies.
Shopped with Lands End for many, many years. Not the same anymore. I loved them, now sizing and quality are inconsistent. Online support worthless. Prices have gone up, shipping has gone up but quality and service gone down. So sad, this was my go to company for many years.
I expected a beautiful sweater but received a cheap one!!!!!!!!!!!
completely garbage Clothing
ordered a nice-looking sweater from them, mid-Jan. 2021. took so long to arrive, beyond the est. date of delivery. was very shocked to open the pkg, and felt the sweater with my hands. the thin-ness of it is just like a summer T-shirt. when in fact I ordered and paid, for a sweater. I was trying to send that back no reply to my email from the company I went online and 've wasted so much time on this company and able to get their help which is ₈₄₅ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ SEVENₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ₋fᵢᵥₑ I call the company and they have done my amount back and return issue Thee absolute worst online shopping experience ever. The item looks absolutely nothing like what was ordered. I would NEVER have bought ANYTHING from them. Not only did the items take nearly THREE MONTHS to be delivered, but when they arrived (in dribs and drabs), bore NO RESEMBLANCE to the ORIGINAL pictures on this website.
I cannot belive that I have to pay to return items,I will never use them again and have changed my returns from two items to the lot! These days how can any company charge to return,dreadful.
Although the quality of goods are very good and I’ve had a fair few bargains over the years i usually click on the many e mails i get bombarded with. Offers such as free delivery in bold large letters are followed with tiny letters. Spend over 50 pound
Also I’ve found that when they actually give you ten pounds off promotion especially sale items that the same goods have in fact been increased by ten pounds

I have fallen out with lands end in the past and didn’t buy for ages from them and i think now i shall part company again and take my custom elsewhere the customer service if you need them i find very good that and the quality deserve the three stars
I always bought my men's trousers and jeans from Lands End, because they made all styles in 36" legs and the quality was fine. Now, only regular chinos are in 36", everything else only goes up to 34", which, for me, is too short. I have written on a couple of occasions to their customer services to ask why they stopped producing 36" trousers routinely, but have not had a response (just an acknowledgement)! As a consequence, they have lost quite a lot of business from me. I don't believe I am the only person in this position.
Buyer beware. I was informed an item was returnable by a member of their customer service staff. I called to double check and made an adjustment to my order at the same time. Original order was placed online. I was on the cusp if I was going to purchase this item from them. I spend a lot of money with them for uniforms. I returned the product as it was too small. I heard nothing from them for weeks. I emailed them today to ask where my refund was and was tell today this item was not returnable although a rep told me it was. They would not be issuing a credit even when I paid for the item and I haven’t received my product sent back to me either from them. So I am out money and the product. Not a way to do business.
11/5/2020. After emailing with several reps they have agreed because they cannot return my product they will do a credit which I believe to be fair.
Their products are durable and very useful, but a little boring to look at (aside from the stuff for kids). And they keep sending you magazines! All the time!
Having ordered many products from Lands' End over the past 30 years, I can recommend them unequivocally.

Will NEVER order from them again. This has cost me $15.58 for receiving my order which wasn't what I wanted & returning same day! Ripoff! Paid $57.15, refund was $41.57.
Love their products, but shipping via "SurePost" is slow and the shipping cost is too high.
